An immersive journey through music, breath and movement that invites you back to yourself.
An immersive movement experience bringing together music, breath, somatic practices, guided and free movement, release and meditation — experienced through headphones, together.
Joyride invites you out of your head and back into your body, your heart and the feeling of being fully alive.
Community rides are booked on SweatPals. Join me on Substack to hear about new rides and experiences first.
What becomes possible when your state changes.
Joy, aliveness, connection and release are part of it. But when your state changes, what you can see, feel and access changes too.
That's the deeper possibility of the ride.

"Joyride stretched my capacity for connection and gave me a renewed sense of freedom to trust my intuition. It's rare that you pay for something and feel like you've received a gift, but that's exactly what Joyride is."
"Joyride was one of those experiences that stayed with me long after it ended. I left feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply grateful."
"Dropping into our bodies through music, thoughtful guidance, and collective energy is incredibly powerful for healing and connection."
"Alyssa has a remarkable ability to guide people through a journey that invites them to open, reconnect with themselves, and explore what's possible."

It started with something I needed myself.
Music. Movement. Breath. A way out of my head and back into myself. What began as a personal practice became Joyride — and eventually a doorway into the work I'm creating through Limitlyss.
I discovered that changing my state didn't just change how I felt. It changed what I could see, access and imagine was possible.
And as I began sharing Joyride with others, I discovered I wasn't alone in that experience.
