I built a 7-figure brand, poured myself into others, and kept pushing… even when my body and spirit whispered, slow down.
Eventually, I listened.
The past few years have been a journey of unlearning, remembering, and returning to myself — a reclamation of my voice, my power, my joy, and the permission to want more unapologetically.
